Clarity Bible ("we", "us") is a calm, visual Bible reading app. We respect your privacy and built Clarity Bible to keep your personal data on your own device wherever possible. This policy explains what is and isn't collected.
Your reading progress, streaks, bookmarks, highlights, memorization cards, the Focus Tree, and app settings are stored locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Bible text and chapter artwork are delivered from our servers so the app can display them. These requests do not require an account and are not used to identify you.
If you enable reading reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send remote push messages and we do not collect a device token.
Clarity Bible Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription. On iPhone and iPad, purchases are processed by Apple's App Store (In-App Purchase) and managed by your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment card details. Subscription status is handled through Apple and our purchase provider, RevenueCat, solely to unlock Premium features.
Clarity Bible is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can clear all locally stored data at any time by deleting the app or clearing its storage in your device settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
